Hey guys!  I am so excited, I just received my February Birchbox!  For the first time EVER it has come as a total surprise to me.  I always know what will be in my box beforehand because I cannot help but peek at my profile.  I must say I am a bit disappointed that I did not get the Beauty Blender or the Dermalogica, but I did get a couple of things I wanted (and a couple I didn't).  Anyway, here goes:

I would write reviews on each of these products, but I only intend to keep the powdered mouthrinse, and I am saving those for vacation this summer :)  Any traders out there????

Not Exactly Thrilled with the Contents of Your Box?

That's ok!  I found an awesome forum where people trade products that they don't want for something they do.  I have done this twice and LOVE it!  I ended up with another Blinc mascara that I adore and (my favorite) another Stila Smudgestick to try in a different shade.  You can also trade non Birchbox products as well.

January's Box

It's about time I got back on here!  Yes, I have been busy, but the last thing I think about when my box comes in is looking for my camera.  I have about 6 of them, all with different chargers, cords, cards,etc.  I get too frustrated trying to find matching pieces, which is something I need to work on.  Any-who, please excuse the quality of the photos because it wasn't until AFTER I took them using my super old Sony that I prayed to St. Anthony (works like a charm, no need to be catholic) and found both the card reader I was looking for AND the battery charger to my newest Sony that I have been searching for for months.  By this time I have no patience to wait for my camera to charge in order to retake the photos, but you can get the picture.  ;)

This month I was extra excited to blog because I decided to try out a few different monthly subscription services as well.  Today my Beauty Army box arrived with my Birchbox, so I will start a blog for that after I update this one.  So without further ado... here is what came in my box:

This is my FAVORITE item in the box!  Yes, that is a FULL SIZE Stila Smudge Stick!!  In a very pretty purple color at that!  I have plenty of blacks, browns, and grays, so thank you Birchbox.

This would not be my first pick in a sample, but this moisturizer seems to be very ummm... moisturizing.  So, yeah, I guess it works ;)  I wish it were in a little larger size, though.

I wasn't thrilled when I found out I was getting a tiny jar of body butter because I am not a big fan of lotions, but this smells AH-MAZING!  I would definitely be interested in purchasing this product.

Here is a sample of Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy.  I think I am the only one who prefers the original scent, but I still like this sample.

This is the "extra" item that came in my box.  Quite disgusting if you ask me, but thanks for the thought!
